Reiki Level I introduces you to the energy of Reiki by placing the frequency into your crown chakra, opening it up, and extending it to your hands. This initiation enables you to perform self-Reiki sessions using the hand positions taught or to offer the same healing energy to a friend or family member. It’s important to note that at this level, you need to be physically present with the person receiving Reiki.

The ability to do distant Reiki comes in with Reiki Level II. Taking Reiki Level II with me, you’ll receive 4 symbols (it is usually 3 with most other teachers), including the distant symbol. This symbol empowers you to send Reiki across time and space, reaching anyone, anywhere in the world, to a past life situation, or even a future event.

Yes! You can begin with Reiki Level I if you prefer. Whenever you feel ready to explore Reiki Level II with me, you are welcome to join the complete 2-day class that covers both Level I & II (you will only pay the fee difference for Level II).

Classes are held over 2 days from 7am-4pm, Pacific Time. There will be an hour long lunch break and some short breaks as needed.

This class is a live training course via Zoom incorporating a mix of lectures, discussions, demonstrations and one-on-one practice sessions. Each student will have the opportunity to give and receive a complete Reiki treatment, using hand positions. You will also receive a digital manual outlining all the practices and techniques taught in class. 

It is mandatory to be present for the entire time, with your cameras on, to receive your certificate. You need a quiet, calm space for the entire class duration.

Once you have taken a class with me, you have the freedom to retake it as many times as you wish. Receiving these placements and attunements multiple times further strengthens one’s Reiki energy, a practice that was also followed by Usui Sensei. I truly embrace this concept and am happy to offer it to my students.
