Prerequisites: None. Anyone can learn Reiki.
If you feel the inner calling to explore Reiki but are uncertain about the level of commitment, a Level I class offers an excellent opportunity to personally experience the energy.
You will become a Reiki Level I practitioner at the end of this class, able to do self-Reiki with the hand positions or give Reiki to someone else.

Reiki Level I is where you begin to connect with Reiki energy. It opens up your crown chakra and your hands to channel Universal Life Force energy. This initiation allows you to access the flow of energy, enabling you to perform self-Reiki sessions using the hand positions taught or to offer the same healing energy to a friend or family member. It’s important to note that at this level, you need to be physically present with the person receiving Reiki.
The ability to perform distant Reiki comes with Reiki Level II. In this class, you’ll receive four symbols, including the distant symbol. This symbol empowers you to send Reiki across time and space, reaching anyone, anywhere in the world, whether it’s for a past situation, a future event, or someone in a distant location.
Yes! Whenever you feel ready to explore Reiki Level II with me, you are welcome to join the complete 2-day class that covers both Level I & II (you will only pay the fee difference for Level II).
This workshop is covered in one day from 7am-4pm, Pacific Time. There will be an hour long lunch break and some short breaks as needed.
This class is a live training course via Zoom incorporating a mix of lectures, discussions, demonstrations and one-on-one practice sessions. Each student will have the opportunity to give and receive a complete Reiki treatment, using hand positions. You will also receive a digital manual outlining all the practices and techniques taught in class.
It is mandatory to be present for the entire time, with your cameras on, to receive your certificate. You need a quiet, calm space for the entire class duration.

What sequence do I need to take the Reiki classes in?
A sequence of Holy Fire® III Reiki classes in the order they can be taken. You can complete all of Human Reiki (left column) all the way to Karuna Reiki and then start with Animal Reiki, or you may do it alongside in the way explained below. Write to Misty at hello@anuragah.com for any questions….
Once you have taken a class with me, you have the freedom to retake it as many times as you wish. Receiving these placements and attunements multiple times further strengthens one’s Reiki energy, a practice that was also followed by Usui Sensei. I truly embrace this concept and am happy to offer it to my students.

In 2022, I had the honor of learning Reiki with Misty (Level I and II). She taught me to approach Reiki with respect, leaving ego aside, and leading with the heart.
